Refund Policy

At Gr Tech Global, we work toward delivering quality web development services where customer satisfaction always comes first. If you aren’t completely satisfied with our service, we can assist you.

General Refund Terms

~ Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only valid for some of the services under specific conditions. Services already approved and completed are not eligible for refunds.

~ Period: Request for refund must be raised within 10 days of the payment date. Refunds claimed after this period will not be considered.

~ Communication: Any request for refunds must be in writing to info@grtechglobal.com citing the reason for the request.

Refund Conditions

~ Initial Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees are non-refundable.

~ Project Deposits: Deposits to start a project are typically non-refundable, as they secure your reservation in our calendar and cover advance project planning and administrative fees.

~ Custom Development Projects: Refunds for custom development projects are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If work has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on work completed.

~ Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services will only be provided for unused full months and not partial months.

~ Maintenance Packages: Refund for maintenance packages will be prorated based on the remaining months, excluding work already completed.

Non-Refundable Services

~ Work Already Done: Refunds won’t be granted for the portion of the work after a stage of a project or milestone has been accomplished and accepted by the client.

~ Third-Party Services: Third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, or software licenses purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

~ Emergency Services: Fees for emergency or rush services are non-refundable since resources are committed straight away.

Refund Conditions

~ Refund Request: Clients must make a refund request to info@grtechglobal.com
in a brief and understandable explanation of the reason for the request.

~ Reviewing: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Additional information or clarification may be asked during this process.

~ Approval/Denial Notice: Clients will be notified about the approval or denial of the refund request after the review process is finalized.

~ Issuance: Reimbursments authorized will be made within 15 business days and paid in the original mode of payment except otherwise agreed.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services or this refund policy, clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be addressed through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

Policy Changes

Gr Tech Global reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Contact Us

In case of a refund, all design rights will revert to Gr Tech Global. You will no longer be allowed to use any version of the design provided by the company.
